After having Layla for a year we decided that it was the right time to get her a playmate.
I'd decided I wanted to take up obedience and the obvious choice would have been a Border Collie but I don't do normal so after some research we went for the more unusual (at the time) choice of an Aussie.
She is unbelievably clever, sometimes too clever for her own good!
I wouldn't recommend this breed to an inexperienced dog owner, they really are working dogs and need a lot of stimulation. They certainly are a high maintenance breed.
In fact, our Tia is mental, she's always on the go and never shuts up either. She is dog aggressive, car aggressive & anything else that moves aggressive. Not a pleasant dog to live with, although she does give great cuddles!
